Film Outline:
Maurice and Ian (successful but older actors) are close friends who live & breath theatrical talk. Ian is fearful of death, so he agrees to let his niece's daughter Jessie move in to look after him & the flat. Jessie is a young in early twenties and turns out to be a nightmare for Ian (she is a hard-drinking, rude, and dismissive twerp). But Maurice sees something in the girl, maybre a potential for humanity which will blossom under his guidance. But something else blossoms for Maurice, a romantic love for a girl fifty years his younger.
